About Vitesper
Vitesper sells original paintings, sculptures, jewellery and related art objects online. Customer contact details are shown in the panel on this page.
If your order depends on a specific delivery deadline, material detail, size, installation requirement or jewellery fit, contact us before ordering so we can confirm suitability.
Products and descriptions
We aim to describe every product clearly, including available details such as medium, dimensions, category, condition and images. Original artwork and handmade objects can have natural variation, surface marks or material features that form part of the work.
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Product availability can change, especially for one-off pieces.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. We aim to show the total product price clearly before you pay. Any mandatory charge that applies to an order will be shown or agreed before it is charged.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your order is not accepted until payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance.
VAT registration details will be shown here if they become applicable.

Delivery
Delivery options, expected timing and any delivery charge are explained on the Delivery & Returns page and, where needed for fragile or high-value pieces, confirmed with you before dispatch.
Unless we agree a different timeframe with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of order acceptance. Tracking details may be sent by email when a parcel company is selected.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
UK online customers usually have the right to cancel an order up to 14 days after delivery, then a further 14 days to return the goods. Some exceptions apply, including personalised or custom-made items unless they are faulty.
Full details, including the cancellation form, are on the Delivery & Returns page. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Commissions and custom work
Commissions, personalised jewellery, bespoke sculpture, altered artwork or other custom-made goods may be subject to separate written terms. Once custom work has started with your agreement, cancellation rights may be limited unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, not as described or incorrect, email us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will handle this in line with UK consumer rights.
Website use and intellectual property
All website text, branding, product photography, artwork images and design belong to Vitesper or the relevant rights holder. Buying an item does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless we agree that in writing.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorised access or use the site for unlawful activity.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses, or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in the UK. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the courts of England and Wales will usually have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
